The website lets you explore roofing options, preview a roof, request a preliminary price, upload insurance paperwork, and ask us to inspect a property. Information on the site is for that purpose.

Using the site does not create a contract to replace or repair a roof. Roofing work starts only after the scope, price, and schedule are agreed in writing.

The visualizer and product photos show typical color and style. They are illustrations, not a guarantee of how a roof will look after installation. Installed color and texture can vary with lighting, the products available for your roof, and the condition of the home.

A design you save or share is a selection for your estimate. It is not an order until we confirm the project with you.

Prices shown from an address, a photo, or insurance paperwork are preliminary. DFW Strong Roofing confirms the roof scope, measurements, materials, and site conditions before a final price.

A preliminary price can change if the roof, access, measurements, or selected system differ from what was submitted. An insurer’s decision about coverage is between you and your insurer.

A date and time you request is a request until we confirm it. We may offer another time when the requested visit is not available. An on-site inspection is used to verify the roof before installation is scheduled.

Please provide a property address where we can safely access the roof, and accurate contact details so we can confirm the visit.

Any fee, deposit, or payment is shown before you confirm it. Submitting a payment authorizes the charge for the service described at that step, such as a roof assessment.

A payment for an assessment or deposit is not payment for a full roof replacement unless the written agreement says so. The final project price is confirmed after the roof is verified.

If you create an account, you agree to provide your real name and contact details and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. We may suspend an account that is used in a way that breaks these terms.

When you use the site, you agree to:

• Provide a real name, contact details, and property address
• Upload only documents and photos you are allowed to share
• Use the site for a roofing inquiry for a property you own or are authorized to represent
• Avoid disrupting the site, attempting to access another person’s account, or copying the site for another business

The website, its design, text, and graphics belong to DFW Strong Roofing or its licensors. You may use them to review your own roofing options. You may not copy the site, our branding, or our tools for another business without written permission.

GAF names, product names, and product images are used to describe roofing systems. Those marks belong to GAF. Product photos do not transfer any right in those marks to you.

The website and the preliminary prices, measurements, and visualizer images on it are provided as available tools for planning a roof. They can contain errors and can change after an inspection.

GAF product warranties, eligibility, limitations, and exclusions are set by GAF. DFW Strong Roofing workmanship coverage, when it applies, is described in the written agreement for your project.

To the extent the law allows, DFW Strong Roofing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from using the website, including a preliminary price or a visualizer image you relied on before an inspection.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, including liability for a roofing project that is covered by a written agreement.

You agree to cover DFW Strong Roofing for claims that arise from information or files you submit, from your use of the site in violation of these terms, or from a property you were not authorized to submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a written project agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms as the website or our services change. The updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
